    a - Yes.
    We ship orders in the following countries : France, Monaco, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Sweeden, Denemark, Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary.

    b - CAUTION : Due to air regulations following countries can only order alcohol free products :
    Slovakia, Liechtenstein, Japan, Canada, New Zeland, Australia, Guadeloupe, Norway, French Guiana, Reunion, Martinique, Croatia

    c - However, if you live in the United-States you should place your order on the country specific sites (links to these sites are found on the homepage).

  3. How can I request a Fragonard Catalogue?

    Please either telephone us or send us a letter requesting a catalogue. You can also peruse our catalogue on the web site. Additionally, there is also an online boutique where you can see all our products. (No catalogue available for the moment for USA? Sorry for the inconvenience)

  4. Do we need to register for each order?

    No.
    You can create an account which will save all of your personal information.

  5. Can you send me some samples?

    It is our pleasure to send you samples with each order. In addition, it is also possible to test our products by purchasing our miniature sets.

  6. How can I know about special offers ?

    All you need to do is register to receive our newsletter that will send you information about all our special offers.

  7. Guaranteed returns /refunds

    If the product you ordered is not suitable, is defective or is not what you ordered, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, to :

    Please don't forget to mention your full name and client number and to include your original receipt in the returned package.

    All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and payable by you. We will exchange the product(s) (postage and packing costs payable by you) or, if you prefer, we will reimburse by bank transfert, in euros, within 30 days following the receipt of the returned goods.

  8. How do I earn loyalty points?

    Every time you place an order with us, your Fragonard Loyalty Account is automatically credited with loyalty points: €1 of purchase = 1 loyalty point (postage and packing charges excluded).

    Loyalty points are valid for 2 years from the date of the last order. Unredeemed loyalty points will then expire.
