Every time you place an order with us, your Fragonard Loyalty Account is automatically credited with loyalty points: €1 of purchase = 1 loyalty point (postage and packing charges excluded). Please note that purchasing discounted products does not allow you to benefit from loyalty points.

All points earned during the current year are valid until December 31 of the following year (for example: all points earned in 2025 must be used before 12/31/2026, and points earned in 2026 will be valid until 12/31/2027). So, each December 31, if you haven’t used all your points from the previous year, they will expire, and your balance will be reset to zero. Points are personal and non-transferable.

If the product you ordered is not suitable, is defective or is not what you ordered, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, to :

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and payable by you. We will exchange the product(s) (postage and packing costs payable by you) or, if you prefer, we will reimburse in euros using the same method of payment for the initial transaction, unless it is expressly agreed a different way, within 30 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
