Terms and conditions of use for gift card
The purchase and use of the Fragonard gift card implies the express and unreserved acceptance by its beneficiary of the present general conditions of use.
1- The Fragonard gift card (hereinafter "the card" in general or "the e-card" when specifically purchased on the website www.fragonard.com) is the property of the company LES PARFUMERIES FRAGONARD, (Siren N° B403394018) SA with a board of directors, whose head office is located at 20 boulevard Fragonard 06130 GRASSE, which is the issuer.
2- Use
The card is valid for all products purchases, including promotions and special offers, excluding the purchase of a new card, in all Fragonard establishments (boutiques, factories and museums) listed at the end of these conditions and on the website www.fragonard.com (except for deliveries to the USA). Its use is excluded in any other point of sale.
The purchase of an e-gift card is not part of the Fragonard loyalty program and does not allow the accumulation of loyalty points.
The purchase of a gift card does not allow you to book the "Apprentice Perfumer" workshops or conferences.
The card can be used several times until its balance is exhausted or its validity expires and can, in the event of a purchase exceeding the balance, be supplemented by any other means of payment accepted in the store, factory, museum or on www.fragonard.com.
The new balance of the card is indicated on the receipt corresponding to the last purchase made with the card or can be consulted directly on www.fragonard.com.
Unless proven otherwise, the balance on the card is that indicated by Les Parfumeries Fragonard.
The card cannot be discounted and no change can be given.
The available balance of the card is not refundable or exchangeable, in whole or in part.
3- Purchasing the card
The card can be purchased in store or on www.fragonard.com by any accepted means of payment except the gift cards themselves: a gift card cannot be used to purchase a new gift card.
The card cannot be the subject of a discount, promotion or special offer.
Its balance at the time of purchase must be at least €20 and at most €150.
E-card orders can only be placed through our online sales site. In case of purchase on the website www.fragonard.com, only one e-card per basket will be accepted, the basket will not be able to contain any other product on sale on the website www.fragonard.com and the Customer will be able, if he or she wishes, to write a personalised message which will appear on the ordered gift card.
The photos of the gift cards are for illustration purposes only.
4- Obtaining the card
The card purchased in the store will be credited and given to the Customer immediately after payment of the corresponding price.
The e-card will be sent, in a non-modifiable electronic format, such as .pdf format, to the email address of the beneficiary of the e-card indicated by the Customer when placing the order or accessible by the Customer on the "Your Orders" page of the www.fragonard.com website.
5- Duration of validity
The card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, mentioned on the corresponding receipt or on the e-card. At the end of its validity period, the remaining balance, if any, cannot be claimed and will not be subject to any refund or exchange by any means whatsoever.
6- Responsibility
Parfumeries Fragonard is not responsible for the loss or theft of the card or if the validity date is exceeded. In these cases, the card will not be replaced or refunded.
7- General conditions of sale of products purchased with the card
The products purchased, totally or partially thanks to the card, are subject to the general conditions of sale and thus to the return conditions of the seller, indicated on the receipt or on www.fragonard.com.
The refund of the products purchased with the card, subject to their control and acceptance of the refund by the seller, will be immediately credited back to the card. In the event that the re-crediting of the card is not possible (in particular in the aforementioned factories and museums, or if the card has expired or has been returned to the store after its balance has been depleted), the seller will refund the product(s) concerned by means of a credit note or by issuing a new gift card credited with the corresponding amount. Refunds cannot be made by any other means. However, in the event that the purchased products to be reimbursed would have been paid partially with a gift card and partially by another means of payment, the part paid by another means of payment can be reimbursed according to this same initial method of payment.
