THE SECRETS OF MANUFACTURE
OF FRAGONARD SOAPS

Produced using neutral soap grains manufactured in France the Fragonard soaps are made and perfumed in our workshops. The soap is worked in several stages before being packaged in its pretty box:

The grains are placed in a mixer along with the perfume essence.

The mixture is then routed to the grinder, where it is reduced into flakes.

The flakes are poured into the extruder, a machine that heats the soap to 60° and forms a soft, homogenous bar.

Cut into sections, the pieces are then pressed to give them their final shape.

Plant-based oil soaps
