Perfumer's Apprentice
Come and discover the world of perfume and the secrets of the perfume-maker during this fantastic olfactive experience focussed on the composition and personalisation of an Eau de Cologne (100ml).

This worshop allows you to create a unique fragrance with notes of citrus, aromatic and orange blossom depending on your taste.

The workshop is led by a teacher and lasts around 1h30.

You will enjoy a guided tour of the location (around 30/40 minutes) only at the "Usine Historique" in Grasse and at the "Musée du Parfum" in Paris.

The workshop features
  • History of the perfumery, origins of the raw materials
  • Essences used by a "nose"
  • The fragrance pyramid: head, heart and base notes
  • Sensory and olfactory memory development
  • Customization of your Eau de Cologne with 9 essences

 Also included is a lovely pouch to carry your perfume bottle, a Fragonard designed apron and a diploma signed by the teacher.

THE OLFACTORY
talks
The Fragonard House is hosting talks for amateurs, enthusiasts or the simply inquisitive who want to discover the world of perfume through a whole range of themes. Sharpen your sense of smell and put your knowledge to use!
Given by professionals in the perfume field (perfumers, art historians, curators, etc.), the olfactory talks open the doors to an unexpected universe. Organised one Thursday per month at the Perfume Museum, they tackle diverse themes, as much historical as they are sensory.
 
In partnership with the website Auparfum and the magazine Nez

THE “CONNOISSEUR”
visits
Every Tuesday at 4 pm, you can visit the museum with a specialist guide and lecturer to discover the museum’s extensive collection of artefacts together with an expert.
Origins, materials, use… perfume bottles from antiquity to today unveil all of their secrets. The “Connoisseur” visit is perfect for all those who love art history and perfume.
